Desk Side and Technology Support Analyst
This role is based in Bristol, requiring presence on-site five days a week. It is an initial 6-month contract, with 37.5 hours per week, and requires an active SC clearance.

They are seeking a Desk Side and Technology Support Analyst to join their team due to increasing project demands.
The Role
You will be a key member of the regional 2nd line support team, responsible for incident resolution, service request fulfillment, on-site troubleshooting of hardware, software, and telephony. Your duties include deploying new technology, supporting site setups, maintaining AV and equipment rooms, and providing reporting and escalation for complex issues.
Essential Skills
- 4+ years in corporate IT service management
- Experience handling incidents and requests to SLA standards
- Managing deployments and equipment rooms confidently
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, hardware asset tracking, and reporting
- Driving license (for travel between local offices)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
