Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from discovery through to delivery and closure
- Shape and deliver customer proposals in partnership with technical/account leads
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure collaboration and trust
- Maintain accurate project forecasts (revenue, cost, and profit) using internal tools
- Resource planning and team management across multiple disciplines
- Support risk/opportunity management and validate contingency plans
- Define and manage project requirements, dependencies and assumptions
- Champion best practices in agile delivery and project governance
- Maintain project tracking in MS Project and formal tools
- Work alongside account teams to grow existing work and expand delivery
Essential Skills:
- Strong background in delivering complex, multi-phase projects in National Security
- MSP Practitioner (or equivalent) qualification
- Skilled in MS Project and formal project governance tools
- Experience with agile/iterative delivery methods (SCRUM, Kanban)
- MOR qualification (desirable)
- Active UKIC DV clearance is required for this role
