Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer with active DV clearance to join our client's team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a secure environment and requires a candidate with a strong technical background and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd line technical support across a secure infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Escalate complex problems to 3rd line or specialist teams where necessary

Essential Skills & Experience:

Active DV clearance (Developed Vetting – essential)
