ABOUT THE CLIENT: Our client is a well-established UK-based structural engineering consultancy operating across the residential and commercial sectors. Known for their close-knit team and high-quality project delivery, they support clients nationwide. Due to continued success and growing project demand, they are looking to bring in an experienced Structural Project Engineer to strengthen their team.

THE STRUCTURAL PROJECT ENGINEER ROLE: You will lead the delivery of structural design on residential and commercial buildings, managing your own clients and projects. You’ll contribute to a culture of quality, support Principal Engineers and Directors, and help develop junior staff. Projects may span across offices, offering variety and collaboration.
STRUCTURAL PROJECT ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK-based structural design
- Active SC clearance
- Solid knowledge of steelwork, reinforced concrete and masonry construction to Eurocode standards
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Masterseries and TEDDS
- Capable of preparing structural calculations, specifications and construction drawings
- Commercial awareness for costing and quotations
- Strong reporting and site inspection experience
