ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is a leading engineering organisation operating within a highly complex and regulated environment, managing large-scale assets and infrastructure. Their teams focus on optimising performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of critical equipment. Due to ongoing operational demand, they are now looking for an experienced Asset Lifecycle Manager to support long-term asset strategy and maintenance planning.
THE ASSET LIFECYCLE MANAGER ROLE:
As an Asset Lifecycle Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of assets, ensuring effective maintenance strategies and long-term planning are in place. You will analyse asset data, oversee condition surveys, and develop forward maintenance programmes to optimise performance and reliability.
You will work closely with stakeholders to manage CAPEX and OPEX planning, support audits, and ensure accurate data is maintained within CAFM systems. This role will also involve driving improvements in maintenance strategies, including condition-based and preventative maintenance approaches.
ASSET LIFECYCLE MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Degree in a data analytics, engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience in asset lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of maintenance strategies (PPM, condition-based, run-to-fail)
- Experience analysing data and creating performance dashboards
- Financial awareness (CAPEX / OPEX planning)
- Experience with CAFM systems and asset data management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
