THE CYBER SECURITY ENGINEER ROLE
As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will lead and deliver Cyber Security work packages across client and internal programmes. Your responsibilities will include developing Security Management Plans, conducting risk assessments, defining and developing security controls, vulnerability management planning and producing Security Case Reports.
You will also develop Key and Certificate Management Plans, create security policies and procedures, act as an SME for security requirements and contribute to the continued development of the organisation's Cyber Security capability.
CYBER SECURITY ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience within Cyber Security, with a focus on security engineering.
- Strong understanding of networking, systems and application security.
- Experience with risk assessments and security controls.
- Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology or a related field.
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, UK Security Clearance.
