Contract Civil Water Engineer
Ideal for chartered engineers in any industry with experience in Water aspects of UK Infrastructure Transformation projects
- Offices UK Wide – 3 days a week on-site
- Epsom, London, Peterborough, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow bases
- Vital role working across Water, Aviation, Defence, and Energy sectors
- Rate £40-£60 per hour via Umbrella, DOE (there is some flex here)

About the Client:
Our client is a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to leveraging technology to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. They are seeking Contract Civil Water Engineers with water/waste treatment, storage, supply and collection systems experience to contribute to transformation programmes in critical national infrastructure.
The Civil Water Engineer Role:
As a Contract Civil Water Engineer , you will play a leading role in technical design delivery, working closely with end clients in a consultative capacity, managing budgets and transformation projects, and maintaining quality standards throughout. Whether you specialise in Clean Water Processes, Hydraulics, Design & Builds, or Mechanical Equipment, we are keen to hear from you
Civil Water Engineer Essential Skills:
- Chartered Civil, Process, or Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record of delivering multidisciplinary design solutions.
- Strong knowledge of either:
- Water/Wastewater treatment, storage or collection systems engineering
- Drinking water treatment process and principles
- The design and build of water systems
- Hydraulic design of water/wastewater treatment plant design
- Knowledge in mechanical equipment, such as pumps or blowers
- Familiarity with either HADES, Infoworks, EPANET, VARISIM or WANDA
