The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are looking for multiple highly cleared consultants, your current clearance level will dictate the business unit you will work in. If you currently hold an MOD clearance your base location will primarily be Bristol. If you hold a National Security clearance (West) your base location will be Cheltenham.

Applicants must as a minimum already hold SC clearance (there will be opportunity to obtain a higher level of clearance in this role). We are also looking for those who hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance.

We’re looking for experienced, well-rounded consultants with strong project management and business analysis skills—especially those who’ve delivered Business Cases. In this role, you’ll take on real responsibility, work directly with clients, and represent our client in a professional way.

You’ll be responsible for the quality and timing of project deliverables and may lead a diverse team to ensure successful outcomes. You should also be comfortable engaging with senior client leaders.

On top of that, we expect our consultants to help grow the business—whether that’s by contributing to bids, leading proposal teams, creating new service ideas, or exploring new markets.

We are looking for consultants with experience in the following areas:

  • Client Management
  • Technical Delivery
  • People/Stakeholder Management
  • Business Development

Further requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualifications, but significant relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in drafting Business Cases to HM Treasury Green Book standard.
  • A Better Business Cases Foundation or Practitioner qualification.
  • Skills, experience, and qualifications relevant to Business Case development, including (but not limited to) Business Analysis, procurement or commercial expertise, Project and/or Programme Management, and Business Change.
  • Experience of supporting Business Cases through assurance and to successful approval.
  • Experience in one or more of our key markets (Defence, Aerospace, Security, and the Public Sector in general).
