Business Analyst - (Contract) Outside IR35
- Role: Business Analyst
- Location: Newcastle (2 days onsite per month)
- Clearance Must hold SC Clearance
Searchability NS&D is hiring two experienced Business Analysts to support the delivery of digital services within a Government environment.
You’ll work across Product, Delivery and UCD teams, translating user and business needs into clear requirements and actionable Agile delivery.
The Scope:
- Run requirements and stakeholder workshops
- Create Epics, user stories and clear acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritise the service backlog with Product
- Support Agile ceremonies, Sprint Reviews and Show & Tell
- Work with UCD and User Research teams to capture and apply user needs
- Ensure requirements align with Government Service Standards and WCAG 2.2 AA
- Identify business, policy and delivery risks and constraints
Experience:
- Business Analysis experience within Government
- Strong experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of Government Service Standards
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Experience working with Product and UCD teams
- JIRA / Confluence experience
