ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is a world-leading aerospace engineering organisation delivering innovative technologies and solutions across global aircraft programmes. Their Quality teams play a vital role in maintaining compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across complex manufacturing and logistics operations. Due to ongoing project demand, they are now looking for an Internal Audit Coordinator to support internal surveillance and audit activities within the Quality department.
THE INTERNAL AUDIT COORDINATOR ROLE:
As an Internal Audit Coordinator, you will support the preparation, coordination, and execution of internal audits across operational and logistics functions. You will assist Quality Audit Managers with audit programmes, roadmap updates, reporting activities, and maintaining audit records within the MAUD database. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and work closely with internal stakeholders to support surveillance activities and ensure quality standards are maintained across the business. This role would suit a candidate within a quality role that understands the audit/reporting side of the business.
INTERNAL AUDIT COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Previous experience within Quality, Audit, or Compliance environments
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to support audit planning and reporting activities
- Team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach
- Experience with continuous improvement activities
