CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE WITHIN A LEADING HELICOPTER MANUFACTURING COMPANY FOR A B1.3 LICENSED ENGINEER.
40 hours a week
On-site in Shawbury
Inside IR35 rates, but flexible
8:00am-16:30pm Monday to Friday
WHAT WILL THE B1.3 LICENSED ENGINEER BE DOING?
As a B1.3 Licensed Engineer your main responsibility will be to certify line, non-routine maintenance and repair on a variety of helicopters. Other responsibilities include:
- Completing maintenance on airframe structures and mechanical & electrical systems
- Replacing avionic line units and testing their serviceability
- Assisting with the day to day running of the Aircraft Hangar
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A CAA Part 66 B1.3 Licence
- 3 years+ experience in a certifying role
- Knowledge of Engine and Airframe systems
- Aircraft Line Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of CAA regulations
- Experience with SAP and ERP Software is desirable
