They work closely with Defence and Government customers, helping them strengthen security, manage cyber risk and deliver secure transformation. /p p br /p p Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join their team. /p p br /p p strong The Benefits /strong /p ul li Work on high-impact Defence and National Security programmes /li li Exposure to complex cyber security challenges across multiple domains /li li Strong opportunities for professional development and career progression /li li Opportunity to work alongside experienced cyber and technology specialists /li li Clear and structured progression structure /li li Performance bonus /li li Flexible cash benefits /li /ul p br /p p strong The Cyber Security Manager Role /strong /p p As a Cyber Security Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand cyber risk, improve their security posture and deliver secure technology transformation. /p p br /p p You could be responsible for: /p p br /p ul li Leading client engagements and developing relationships with key stakeholders /li li Delivering cyber security assessments, architecture reviews and risk analysis /li li Running workshops and presenting complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences /li li Advising on security architectures, controls and technologies /li li Developing cyber security strategies and implementation roadmaps /li li Supporting incident response and business continuity planning /li li Applying frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS and CAF /li li Providing specialist advice across complex Defence and Government environments /li /ul p br /p p strong Cyber Security Manager Essential Skills /strong /p ul li Strong background within cyber or information security /li li Experience working within Defence, Government or National Security environments /li li Knowledge of security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS or CAF /li li Experience within areas such as security architecture, cyber risk, vulnerability management, incident response, security monitoring or threat intelligence /li li Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills /li li Understanding of network security, encryption, authentication and access controls /li li Experience with threat and risk modelling /li /ul p br /p p strong To Be Considered /strong /p p Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via robin.muirhead@searchability.com.
