Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring in an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of internal IT operations and act as the key link between the business and their external technology partners.

THE IT MANAGER ROLE:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll act as the internal 'Head of Tech'. You'll oversee day-to-day IT support, manage hardware and user lifecycle, and ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and efficient. Alongside this, you'll take ownership of the relationship with the external Managed Service Provider - holding them accountable on SLAs, supporting project delivery, and ensuring high service standards.
