Our client is a well-established technology services provider delivering IT, Cloud, and Managed Services solutions to customers across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are investing heavily in operational efficiency, automation, and quality standards and are looking for a proactive individual to drive these initiatives across the business.
This is a varied role focused on process optimisation, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement. You'll work across multiple departments to improve operational efficiency, support ISO compliance, and help modernise business processes through automation and standardisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping, documenting, and standardising business processes across multiple departments.
- Identifying inefficiencies, manual processes, and opportunities for automation.
- Supporting the implementation of automation initiatives using tools such as Power Platform and workflow automation solutions.
- Working with operational and technical teams to improve service delivery processes.
- Establishing process KPIs and reporting on operational performance.
- Supporting ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 compliance and audit readiness activities.
- Working with external auditors and assisting with internal audits and corrective actions.
- Maintaining compliance documentation and supporting risk assessment activities.
- Managing health & safety processes, assessments, and compliance activities.
- Delivering guidance and support to teams adopting new processes and automated workflows.
- Supporting governance meetings and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What will you need?
- Experience improving, redesigning, or standardising business processes.
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 frameworks.
- Experience supporting internal or external ISO audits.
- Knowledge of UK health & safety requirements including fire safety, COSHH, and workplace compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within an MSP, IT services, or technical environment.
What would be desirable?
- Experience delivering automation or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, RPA, or similar technologies.
- Experience reducing manual operational workloads through process improvements.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
- ISO Lead Auditor experience.
- NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- Exposure to ISO 14001 or environmental compliance initiatives.
