You'll work across a range of analytical projects, using tools such as Excel, Python and Power BI to identify trends, analyse customer behaviour and evaluate marketing effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include analysing customer loyalty, retention, purchasing behaviour and campaign performance, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll also develop dashboards and visualisations, present insights to internal stakeholders and clients, and collaborate with wider marketing teams to support data-driven strategies.
