Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Paid Search Executive to join a well-established digital marketing agency working with a varied portfolio of clients across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hands-on PPC experience who enjoys combining data, strategy and campaign optimisation to deliver measurable commercial results.

THE PAID SEARCH EXECUTIVE ROLE
You'll be responsible for planning, building and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, working across Search, Shopping, Display, Video and Performance Max.
You'll use campaign and GA4 data to analyse performance, identify opportunities and improve results across metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversions and overall budget efficiency.
You'll also contribute to client calls and meetings, sharing performance updates and insights while supporting wider paid search strategy.
Working closely with Paid Social, CRO and Analytics teams, you'll help ensure campaigns are aligned across channels and delivering against wider client objectives.
PAID SEARCH EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 2-4 years' hands-on Paid Search / PPC experience
- Strong experience managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
- Experience across Search, Shopping and Performance Max
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Advertising
- Confident using GA4 to analyse campaign and post-click performance
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversions and commercial KPIs
- Experience conducting keyword, audience and competitor research
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients and presenting campaign performance
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A genuine interest in Paid Media, PPC and digital performance
