THE .NET DEVELOPER ROLE
As a Mid-Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing business-critical applications, working primarily with C#, .NET, WinForms and Blazor.
You'll be joining at an exciting time as the business continues its journey towards a fully .NET-based technology stack. Some existing applications are written in Delphi, so you'll have the opportunity to work with legacy systems while helping to modernise and migrate functionality into newer technologies.
This role would suit a confident, hands-on developer who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work and is comfortable working across different technologies.
.NET DEVELOPER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET

Experience developing desktop applications using WinForms

Knowledge or commercial experience with Blazor

Experience maintaining, developing and improving existing applications

Ability to work independently and take ownership of development tasks

Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to software development

Ideally mid to senior-level experience
Nice to have:

Previous experience working with Delphi

Experience modernising or migrating legacy applications

A willingness to learn and work with Delphi as part of the transition to .NET
