What will you be doing?
In this role, you’ll be responsible for analysing product and campaign performance across our catalogues, producing regular sales reports, and keeping key business dashboards up to date. You’ll support direct mail activity by maintaining reporting and using data tools to identify the most effective customer segments for future campaigns. You’ll also handle day-to-day catalogue request administration and be encouraged to use your initiative to spot opportunities and make recommendations that support sales growth.
