We are one of the North East\’s fastest growing Managed Service Providers. With a wealth of experience supporting businesses delivering the highest quality of technical support and infrastructure management, we’re looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join the team in our Durham office.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for resolving IT issues to a 2nd Line level, working closely with a team of engineers and management to resolve issues quickly to keep business systems running. You will also be a key point of contact for clients during site visits when required.

  • Respond to and resolve 2nd Line IT incidents
  • Work with Microsoft technologies: Azure, Office 365 and Windows Server
  • Maintain a professional presence at client sites as needed

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience at 2nd Line Support level
  • Proficient with Microsoft tech stack – Azure, Office 365 and Windows Server
  • Full UK Driving Licence
