The CRM Executive Role

As a CRM Executive, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM activity across customer acquisition and retention. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll be hands-on with campaigns, performance tracking, and testing, while building strong foundations in CRM strategy. You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, learn best practices, and progress into a more senior CRM position over time.

CRM Executive – Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a CRM-focused role (CRM Executive or similar)
  • Exposure to CRM campaign management and workflows
  • Understanding of acquisition and retention strategies
  • Experience or knowledge of A/B testing for campaign optimisation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and KPIs
  • Industry experience within iGaming / gambling is highly desirable
