WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation seeking an experienced Security Incident Management Analyst to join its Operational Integrator function within a complex multi-supplier environment.

This role will focus on the governance, coordination, reporting and assurance of security incident management activities across multiple suppliers. You'll work closely with suppliers, service management teams and security stakeholders to ensure incidents are accurately tracked, escalated, reported and progressed in line with agreed policies and service levels.

WHAT WILL THE SECURITY INCIDENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST BE DOING?

As a Security Incident Management Analyst, you'll provide oversight and coordination across the security incident lifecycle, ensuring stakeholders have accurate visibility of incident status, progress and performance.

You'll coordinate updates with suppliers, track incidents through to closure, produce reporting and dashboards, and escalate overdue, recurring or high-impact incidents through the appropriate governance channels.

You'll also support assurance and audit activities by maintaining complete and traceable incident records, collecting evidence and ensuring processes are being followed consistently across the supplier landscape.

This is a governance and coordination role rather than a hands-on security operations position. You will not be responsible for SOC monitoring, threat hunting, incident response or technical remediation.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience producing reports, dashboards or management information
  • Ability to maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready records
  • Understanding of service levels and incident performance
