THE IDENTITY ENGINEER ROLE

As an Identity Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Identity and Access Management solutions across secure environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity services, while contributing to access control, monitoring, and compliance activities.

You will also:

  • Assist with IAM solution design and integration
  • Support access management and identity governance processes
  • Investigate and resolve IAM-related issues
  • Contribute to audits and compliance activities
  • Help develop IAM policies, documentation, and training
  • Stay up to date with emerging threats and best practices

IDENTITY ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience with IAM concepts and tools
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Understanding of cloud security principles
  • Experience supporting secure systems or infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Active SC clearance, and eligibility for DV clearance
