This is a people-first environment that values fresh thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

THE BENEFITS

  • Salary sacrifice EV scheme
  • Subsidised on-site café discount
  • Company pension

THE SENIOR DATA ANALYST ROLE:

This is not a “keep the lights on” analytics role. You’ll be stepping into a position with real ownership, where you’ll define how data is used across the business. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities, building out reporting, insight, and data processes that genuinely improve decision-making. There’s an existing foundation in place, but this role is about evolving it, bringing new ideas, improving systems, and creating a more joined-up view of performance. You’ll connect data across CRM, financial systems, and wider business platforms to create a true reflection of how the business is operating. Alongside this, you’ll build and optimise Power BI dashboards, automate reporting processes, and introduce best practices in data governance and structure. This role would suit someone who enjoys ownership, is comfortable challenging the status quo, and wants to play a key role in shaping a growing data function.

SENIOR DATA ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS

We recognise that strong candidates may bring different experiences, if this role aligns with your background, we’d encourage you to apply.

  • Experience working with SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis
  • Strong Power BI experience (including dashboard design and DAX)
  • Experience working with data warehouses and complex datasets
  • CRM experience
  • Ability to work across multiple data sources (financial, operational, sales)
  • Strong Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, analysis)
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and translating data into clear insights

OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

We’re committed to building an inclusive and accessible workplace where people from all backgrounds can thrive. If you don’t meet every requirement but feel this role could be a good fit, we’d still love to hear from you. We also welcome conversations around flexible working and are happy to make adjustments throughout the recruitment process where needed.
