We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support a large technical delivery team within a secure Government environment. You'll help coordinate multiple workstreams, maintain delivery momentum and work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered effectively.
THE ROLE
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and track key dependencies
- Monitor delivery plans, milestones, risks and blockers
- Maintain clear reporting and delivery dashboards
- Support stakeholder updates and senior-level reporting
- Help resolve issues and escalations
- Support resource planning and prioritisation across the team
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed objectives
- Work directly with teams to maintain progress and remove day-to-day blockers
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a Delivery Manager or similar delivery-focused role
- Experience working within Government or similarly complex environments
- Strong organisation, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
DESIRABLE
- Understanding of technology, infrastructure or network environments
- Experience working with large, multidisciplinary technical teams
- Previous experience supporting secure Government programmes
