THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – INSIGHTS ROLE:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex insight projects. You will work across quantitative, qualitative and digital data sources, including search data, social listening, web analytics and behavioural datasets. You’ll design and evaluate methodologies, assess data quality, and triangulate multiple sources into coherent, actionable narratives that support strategic decision-making. A key part of the role is elevating raw data into compelling stories that drive commercial outcomes. Alongside delivery, you’ll manage cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure the highest standards across all outputs. You will also act as a confident client-facing consultant — presenting complex insights clearly, facilitating workshops, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – INSIGHTS ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Extensive experience leading insight projects across multiple data sources
- Deep expertise in digital data (search, social listening, web analytics, behavioural data)
- Strong ability to triangulate quantitative, qualitative and digital insights
- Proven experience assessing methodology strengths, limitations and data integrity
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets and stakeholders
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
