Search 5.0 are proud to be partnering with an incredible B2B SAAS company in Europe who are seeking a Head of Engineering (contractor) to lead technical strategy and oversee day-to-day engineering operations. This role involves ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of theirsoftware, while managing teams and collaborating across departments to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute technical strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and motivate engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Manage team structure, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Implement agile workflows and maintain engineering standards.
- Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and DevOps to optimise product quality and infrastructure.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies for strategic advantage.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years in roles like Director of Engineering).
- Must have B2B SAAS experience
- Advanced expertise in .NET, C#, Azure, and QA processes.
