Are you an experienced Paralegal looking for your next move within Commercial Property?

We are working with a progressive and commercially successful law firm in Worthing, renowned for its strong client relationships, excellent service and friendly, supportive culture.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal with fee-earning experience to join their established property team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal who is already comfortable managing their own caseload and wants to develop their career within a respected Commercial Property team.

You will have genuine responsibility from day one, working closely with clients and colleagues across a broad range of commercial property matters.

The role will suit someone who enjoys client contact, ownership of their work and being part of a collaborative team, rather than simply processing files.

What They're Looking For

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working as a Commercial Property Paralegal within a solicitors' firm.

• Proven experience managing your own caseload and progressing matters from instruction through to completion.

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property law, rules and regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build lasting relationships with clients, businesses and external organisations.

• The ability to absorb and interpret information quickly and accurately.

• Excellent IT skills and strong organisational ability.

• A proactive approach, with the confidence to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.

• A professional, personable approach when dealing with clients, official bodies and owner-managed businesses.
