- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00, with two 30-minute unpaid breaks each day.

The role
The Machine Operator - Case Making plays a key role in producing packaging to customer order requirements within agreed timelines. The role exists to support increased production following a move to a larger manufacturing site and ongoing expansion. You'll work within the production team on case-making machinery, contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process.
What you'll be doing
- Operating a range of case-making machines, including die cutting and box making, to keep production running smoothly.
- Setting up machines, feeding raw materials, and adjusting settings to resolve issues and maintain output.
- Carrying out basic TPM activities and routine checks on machinery.
- Producing packaging in line with customer specifications and agreed completion timescales.
- Meeting or exceeding daily machine and productivity output targets.
- Performing regular quality checks, maintaining records, and keeping the work area clean and organised while following health and safety procedures.

- Familiarity with operating production machinery is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
