  • Direct mentorship from an established Managing Director
  • Exposure to a wide variety of construction projects and clients
  • A respected consultancy with an excellent reputation in the market
  • A role designed around growth, development and succession rather than short-term cover

What you will be doing

  • Providing competent Health & Safety / CDM advice to Construction and Facilities Management clients during the design and pre-construction phases
  • Supporting clients, designers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations
  • Conducting design risk reviews and hazard identification workshops
  • Preparing and maintaining Pre-Construction Information (PCI) and Health & Safety Files
  • Developing Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Undertaking site inspections and audits across live construction environments
  • Providing ongoing Health & Safety support to contractors and sub-contractors
  • Monitoring statutory compliance for large property-owning organisations across the UK and Northern Ireland

What you will need to be considered

  • Experience in a Health and Safety / CDM role within a Construction environment - auditing construction sites, producing RAMS and ideally Pre-Construction Information
  • Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015

If you are a Health & Safety or CDM professional looking for a long-term opportunity with real progression, please apply now to avoid missing out.
