Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced and clinically strong Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-performing elderly care homes across the South of England. The Role
You will be responsible for the operational and clinical oversight of 5 nursing and residential homes, working closely with Home Managers to ensure continued success across your region. This role offers a balance of autonomy and support, with regular presence across services to maintain visibility, consistency, and high standards.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing Home Managers
- Maintaining strong CQC compliance and driving continuous improvement
- Overseeing clinical governance and safeguarding standards
- Monitoring performance, occupancy, and financial sustainability
- Supporting recruitment, retention, and team stability
- Carrying out site visits, audits, and quality reviews
- Contributing to the organisation's ongoing growth and development strategy
About You
We are looking for a credible and commercially aware clinical leader who can operate effectively across multiple sites.
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) with active NMC PIN
- Strong background in elderly care / nursing home environments
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- Previous Regional or multi-site management experience
- Alternatively, a high-performing Home Manager ready to step up
- Experience within a growing or evolving care provider
