Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced and clinically strong Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-performing elderly care homes across the South of England. The Role

You will be responsible for the operational and clinical oversight of 5 nursing and residential homes, working closely with Home Managers to ensure continued success across your region. This role offers a balance of autonomy and support, with regular presence across services to maintain visibility, consistency, and high standards.

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing Home Managers
  • Maintaining strong CQC compliance and driving continuous improvement
  • Overseeing clinical governance and safeguarding standards
  • Monitoring performance, occupancy, and financial sustainability
  • Supporting recruitment, retention, and team stability
  • Carrying out site visits, audits, and quality reviews
  • Contributing to the organisation's ongoing growth and development strategy

About You

We are looking for a credible and commercially aware clinical leader who can operate effectively across multiple sites.

  • Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) with active NMC PIN
  • Strong background in elderly care / nursing home environments
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
  • Previous Regional or multi-site management experience
  • Alternatively, a high-performing Home Manager ready to step up
  • Experience within a growing or evolving care provider
