Search Consultancy have fantastic opportunities for Traffic Marshall to work with one of our valued clients in Tomatin Moy. These are temporary roles, however we have ongoing work for interested candidates and can offer great benefits such as various payment types and a referral scheme. Duties to include: Directing vehicle movement Guide drivers of trucks, delivery vehicles, and heavy machinery safely around the site. Managing site access and exits Control entry and exit points, ensuring vehicles enter/leave without causing danger. Ensuring pedestrian safety Keep walkways clear and separate people from moving vehicles. Using signals and communication tools Use standard hand signals, signs, or radios to communicate with drivers and operators. Monitoring traffic flow Prevent congestion and ensure smooth, safe movement of vehicles. Checking for hazards Identify risks like blind spots, tight spaces, or obstacles and act to prevent accidents. Enforcing safety procedures Make sure site rules and health & safety regulations are followed at all times.
