Search Recruitment Group is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Leeds office, specialising in Call & Contact Centre recruitment across Yorkshire.

We are looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to build a long‑term career in a busy, people‑driven environment where hard work is rewarded.

This is a high‑volume recruitment role where no two days are the same.

You will be managing the full recruitment process, collaborating with clients to support their hiring needs while sourcing and placing candidates into a variety of call centre and customer service roles.

From day one, you will receive structured training and hands‑on support, giving you everything you need to develop your skills, build confidence, and progress your career.

  • What you will be doing
  • Working in a busy, high‑volume recruitment desk within the call & contact centre market
  • Speaking to candidates, qualifying them, and matching them to vacancies
  • Building relationships with clients and supporting their hiring needs
  • Developing new business and growing your own client base
  • Managing multiple vacancies at once and keeping processes moving quickly
  • Creating and maintaining a strong, active candidate pipeline
  • Hitting targets and building confidence as you progress into a 360 recruitment role
