As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you\’ll begin by supporting the team through administrative duties, gaining valuable insight into how mortgage cases are managed and processed – an essential foundation for a successful career in mortgage advice. Key Responsibilities Study towards your CeMAP qualification Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Prepare and send documentation to clients and lenders Upload client information to internal and lender systems Accurately input data across multiple platforms Handle incoming calls and assist with client enquiries Support the team with daily administrative tasks Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) confidently and effectively What We\’re Looking For Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Proactive problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude A team player who is reliable, driven, and eager to learn What\’s on Offer £25,000 (increase to £27,000 upon CeMap completion) Company pension scheme Private medical insurance Generous annual leave including bank holidays Performance-based bonus (upon CeMAP qualification) Tailored staff incentives and development opportunities The Role This is a permanent, full-time office-based position in Perth.
