We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a vibrant, busy kitchen where great food, teamwork and outstanding hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. This is a fantastic opportunity with an established boutique hotel, restaurant, pub and events venue, renowned for its food, weddings and exceptional guest experience. With a beautiful rural setting and a genuinely lively atmosphere, no two days are the same.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 years Chef de Partie experience ideally within fine dining or at Rosette level
  • Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant or pub kitchen
  • Passion for quality food and excellent standards
  • A positive, energetic approach and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, well-presented and a strong team player
  • Comfortable working weekends and across a 5 day rota
