Textile Production Operative, Broxburn, Pay Dependent on Experience + 25 Weekly Attendance Bonus

We\’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our client as A Textile Production Operative in Broxburn. If you\’re looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with opportunities to learn new skills and develop your career, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What you\’ll be doing:

As a Textile Production Operative, you\’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, working with high-quality textiles to produce specialist products. Your tasks will include:

  • Hand-cut heavy-duty textiles using templates, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Work with strong materials like Endura and Pentland fabrics used in specialist products
  • Sew and assemble inflatable bags for industrial applications
  • Perform quality checks throughout production to maintain high standards
  • Support the team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised workspace
  • Prepare materials and set up workstations for production tasks
  • Keep basic records of work completed and materials used
  • Assist with basic maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment

What you can expect:

  • A full-time contract with pay dependent on your skills and experience
  • 25 weekly bonus for full attendance
  • Working hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:45pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity after 13 weeks
