We\’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our client as A Textile Production Operative in Broxburn. If you\’re looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with opportunities to learn new skills and develop your career, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What you\’ll be doing:
As a Textile Production Operative, you\’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, working with high-quality textiles to produce specialist products. Your tasks will include:
- Hand-cut heavy-duty textiles using templates, ensuring accuracy and precision
- Work with strong materials like Endura and Pentland fabrics used in specialist products
- Sew and assemble inflatable bags for industrial applications
- Perform quality checks throughout production to maintain high standards
- Support the team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised workspace
- Prepare materials and set up workstations for production tasks
- Keep basic records of work completed and materials used
- Assist with basic maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment
What you can expect:
- A full-time contract with pay dependent on your skills and experience
- 25 weekly bonus for full attendance

- Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:45pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
