My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their Aberdeen operation and pick up on a hot desk with over 100 temps out each week!
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting into either the Industrial, Manufacturing, Security, Construction or Logistics sectors. To be a success here you'll possess a positive attitude towards business development, demonstrate tenacity in overcoming challenges, exude enthusiasm and energy, and possess a strong likeability factor for building rapport with clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities as well as upsell on existing accounts, maximising opportunity on current desk
- Fill bookings with the correct skill set, ensuring tickets are verified and checked and risk is eliminated for clients
£30,000 - £36,000 basic salary and a competitive commission scheme paid on a number of factors: retention, growth, revenue, passed business
