One of our clients is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their student accommodation team. ________________________________________ 🔑 Key Responsibilities: * Deliver a warm, professional, and helpful front-of-house reception service * Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective tenants, parents, and university partners * Assist with property viewings, open days, and resident events * Welcome and coordinate visitors, contractors, and university staff on-site * Support tenancy administration, including processing deposits and contracts * Assist with student allocations and generating tenancy agreements * Monitor and manage rent collection and follow up on arrears * Maintain accurate office records, databases, and email communications * Liaise with the Facilities team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues * Support resident check-ins and check-outs * Help ensure Health & Safety compliance across the site * Carry out other duties as required by the Accommodation Manager Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
