We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our production facility. You will be accountable for the smooth and efficient running of production lines and processes, ensuring operational targets, quality standards, and team performance expectations are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with Team Leaders and colleagues to ensure that each shift runs safely, smoothly, and in line with company standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure manning levels are appropriate to meet planned production schedules. Clearly assign tasks and expectations to all team members. Oversee correct raw material usage per customer requirements. Monitor running orders and collaborate with Team Leaders on progress and production targets. Conduct hourly quality checks and complete required documentation accurately and on time. Ensure rejected product packs are recycled efficiently. Maintain staff morale through regular engagement and motivation. Uphold a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Key Objectives: Achieve production targets of (Apply online only) packs per hour per line. Ensure all paperwork is completed within relevant time frames. Maintain high-quality standards to meet customer specifications. Work closely with the Carrot Line Team Leader (or equivalent) to keep operations running efficiently. Ensure bunker stock is accurately recorded and labelled at the end of each shift. What We\’re Looking For: Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Effective communicator with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
