My client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic global team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, helping attract and secure top talent across various departments and regions. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a strong employer brand and enhancing candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand recruitment needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruiter eager to work in a fast-paced, international environment with diverse stakeholders.
What You’ll Do- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates proactively using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and talent networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from application screening and interviewing to offer management and onboarding support.
- Evaluate candidate skills and fit using technical assessments, and behavioural interviews.
- Maintain detailed recruitment records and candidate feedback within the applicant tracking system.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Occasionally travel regionally as needed.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in-house or agency recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with hiring managers and candidates globally.
- Experience running targeted recruitment campaigns and talent attraction activities.
- Skilled at conducting thorough candidate assessments and delivering constructive feedback.
- Passion for creating positive candidate experiences and building employer brand awareness.
- Experience organising or participating in recruitment events is a plus.
- Comfortable working within cross-cultural, multinational teams.
