This is a diverse and comprehensive role within a busy Commercial Property team, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal administration career in a modern, professional and rewarding environment.
Duties involved in this role will include:
- Client on-boarding assistance
- File administration and the maintenance of accurate, well-organised records
- Document formatting
- Assisting with client and project reporting
- Financial hygiene administration assistance
- Meeting organisation and travel arrangement assistance
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
- Previous experience in a similar legal administration role is ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial property transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A highly motivated and proactive approach
- Previous experience with AML checks is desirable
