Based in Stirling | fully office-based role

Full-Time role | 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday

Temp contract for a minimum of 2 months | potential for extension

Pay rate up to £14.00 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience)

Search Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading business based in Stirling to recruit an HR & Administration Assistant for a minimum of 2 months on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across both the HR side of the business and more general office administration.

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Dealing with incoming calls to the business, dealing with enquiries at first point of contact & passing on calls & messages where appropriate
  • Management of the company's central email inbox, again dealing with enquiries if appropriate and escalating where necessary
  • Dealing with both incoming & outgoing mail on a daily basis & receiving of incoming deliveries throughout the day
  • Providing support to the company's HR function from an Admin perspective as directed by the HR Manager
  • Management of office supplies, ensuring everything is stocked & ordering from suppliers when required
  • Dealing with the company's IT equipment provider ensuring everything is in good working order & repairs/replacements are arranged when required
  • Carrying out meeting preparation, ensuring that rooms are booked and set up, catering is organised and documentation is provided
  • Various other ad hoc Administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Previous experience within an Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL and candidates who have supported with HR Administration would be at an advantage
  • First class communication skills - both written & verbal
  • Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise & manage your workload effectively
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and seek out tasks to support with on occasions when your desk isn't busy
