Superstar required We are now seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Controller to join our clients Finance and Food & Beverage teams, supporting all hotel outlets and ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence, and effective cost control across the business.

The F&B Controller role itself Monitor and manage Food & Beverage costs, revenue reporting, and profit margins across all outlets.
Lead stock control activities, including monthly inventory reconciliations and waste analysis, to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Evaluate purchasing activities, supplier invoices, and procurement procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Administer and support POS, inventory, and procurement systems, maintaining data accuracy and operational integrity.
Collaborate with Finance and operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, audits, and performance analysis.
You, our next F&B Controller Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Control, Cost Control or Finance role within hospitality or hotel environments.
Strong understanding of stock control, purchasing processes, financial reporting and cost management Experience using POS, procurement, and inventory systems.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for luxury hospitality and operational excellence.
