We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a high-end hospitality venue located in St Andrews. This is a permanent, full-time, salaried position offering stability, career progression, and a brilliant working environment. Working an average of 40 hours per week on an annualised hours contract. You'll be joining a passionate and skilled brigade, contributing to a high-quality culinary offering that serves exclusive guests throughout the property.

The successful Chef de Partie will receive a starting salary of £35,000, plus tronc payments and a range of additional non-financial benefits, including Christmas Day off.

In the CDP role itself:

  • Taking ownership of your section in a busy professional kitchen under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Assisting all other team members in maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients to deliver consistently excellent dishes.
  • Maintaining a clean and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Contributing to menu innovation and daily specials.

You, our next Chef de Partie:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
  • SVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent practical kitchen experience is evident.
  • Passionate about food, quality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Flexible and reliable with a positive, team-first attitude.
