Search are supporting a large business based in the Halifax area who are looking for a collections specialist to join their business - the role is offering Hybrid working and a bonus each month!
Job Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of clients to maximise cash collection for the business
- Working with internal teams to keep on top of customer queries
- Taking payments via debit or credit from customers over the phone
- Dealing with any customer queries
- Processing of defaults where required
- Referring to accounts to legal if applicable
Successful candidate will possess:
- Work to timed deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Microsoft proficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Working within a business department
What on offer:
- Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00
- Free on site parking
- 25 days annual leave plus banks
