We are currently recruiting experienced Snaggers for ongoing contract work on new build housing developments in Wrexham. This is a great opportunity for reliable and detail-focused tradespeople looking for consistent site work at a competitive rate.
Duties Include:
- Carrying out detailed snagging inspections on new build plots
- Identifying and rectifying finishing defects prior to handover
- Completing minor remedial works such as basic carpentry, patching and painting, mastic/silicone application, adjusting doors, windows, and ironmongery, ensuring all work meets developer standards, completing snag lists efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience snagging on new build housing sites
- Own tools
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
