Site Manager required for a 12/01/26 start in Solihull - approx. 6 months' work. Scope of works is internal refurbishment/fit-out of a hotel in the area - you will be working for the main contractor on the project.

Applicants should have prior experience on hotel refurb/fit-outs, in addition to the following tickets:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Asbestos Awareness

This is a freelance role - pay will be day rate via CIS.
