Digital Press Operator Double Day Shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday 1:30pm - 9:00pm Night Shifts (4 Nights): Monday to Thursday 9:00pm - 6:00am Sunday to Wednesday 9:00pm - 6:00am Salary: £30k (+shift allowance) We are recruiting for an experienced Digital Press Operator to join a busy print manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining digital presses, ensuring all jobs are produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate digital printing equipment, including HP Indigo Series 4 and Ricoh Pro 9210/9500 presses.
- Ensure all work is produced to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to maximise press uptime.
- Minimise waste, monitor reprints, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Support the wider production team to achieve daily targets.
About You:
- Previous experience operating digital printing presses.
- Knowledge of HP Indigo and/or Ricoh digital print equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
