We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced and growing waste management company based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and delivering exceptional support to customers.
You will play a key role in supporting customers with enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
The Role
- Handling inbound customer calls and emails
- Assisting customers with service enquiries, bookings, and account queries
- Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Liaising with internal departments including operations and transport teams
- Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent service
- Ensuring all administration and compliance processes are completed correctly
- Supporting the wider team with general customer service duties
