Search Recruitment Group – one of the UK\’s leading recruitment agencies, with offices across the UK and in New York, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help grow our Industrial division in Newcastle.
Industrial recruitment is one of the most fast paced and rewarding sectors in the industry. With high-volume roles, quick turnaround times, and repeat business from loyal clients, it\’s the ideal sector for recruiters who thrive on building strong relationships and delivering fast results.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a desk hat has been run remotely – and now, we\’re ready to establish physical presence in the North East. Who are we looking for?
– Proven experience in recruitment
– Experience in Industrial recruitment would be an advantage, but not essential
– A track record of working to targets and building client relationships
– Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
– Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
And what will you be doing?
– Proactively generating new business via B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
– Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
– Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go to recruitment partner
– Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
– Source candidates through job boards and referrals
– Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
– Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
– Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
