Who we\’re looking for:
- Proven experience within a 360 recruitment role.
- A track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships
- Driven, proactive, and confident managing your own workload
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same
What you\’ll be doing:
- Proactively generating new business through B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
- Negotiate fees and terms to maximise your commercial success
- Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go‑to recruitment partner
- Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
- Build long‑term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
